If you’ve had the pleasure of working with Christina Armstrong, you know how incredibly organized and on top of things she is. You’re probably also familiar with her cheerful and energetic approach to client engagement.
Her hard work and impact on clients have not been overlooked. In less than two years with our team, Christina has progressed from assistant to project manager…and we’re now thrilled to announce that she has been promoted to Cultivate & Engage’s Director, Client Success, working as the key liaison between our clients and our team.
“I am passionate about effective systems and operations to create an enjoyable experience for the clients we are partnering with,” Christina shared. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the dynamic team that is Cultivate & Engage to tackle our clients’ challenges and support their meaningful work.”
Christina has eight years of experience as a classroom teacher while also serving on her district’s School Improvement Team.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, with an endorsement in Language Arts, and a master’s degree in Teaching and Curriculum with a concentration in English Language Learner Studies. Both of her degrees are from Michigan State University.
Christina values the importance of creating meaningful partnerships with our clients and keeping projects on time and under budget.
